We hope everyone had a great time at our wedding. We sure did! In today’s age of everyone having a digital camera, we are really looking forward to seeing what pictures the rest of you might have captured from they day’s events.

Please share with us any pictures that you took by sending them to timjanderson+pictures@gmail.com. We’ll be compiling all of the ones you send us as well as the ones our photographer took together for our wedding album, as well as posting some of the best ones here on our site! Something to look forward to. If you would rather you can also mail us a CD. Email one of us if you need our address. Hello to all the newcomers to our website and welcome back to those who have been here before. We recently sent all our invitations out, so we expect some new people to find out about our little space. Also this site was recently mentioned in a Columbus Dispatch article so I’m sure that has brought a few wandering eyes. If you don’t live in the Columbus area and are interested, you can check out the article at this link, or see a scan of it here.

A few quick things to mention. If you would like to be alerted to when we update our website you can subscribe your e-mail to the website over on the right side of the main page. Another thing you can do is send in your RSVP. Just click the RSVP tab at the top and fill in the fields. Just 50 days and counting!

Final 3 months. 100 days and counting!

The day is getting closer. We are now under the 100 day countdown. Kate and I were looking at our summer plans and realized we have very few free weekends until our wedding, which should make these last 3 months go by very quickly. Kate has settled in nicely to our new place, and I am excited to get to move in with her.

My men’s tuxes have been decided, the invitations are beginning to be written, Kate’s first shower will take place soon, and flower arrangements are being made. It’s all down to the small details now. We still haven’t settled on our wedding bands yet, and plan to have that decision made by the end of the month.

We were fortunate to be able to make available full resolution versions of all our engagement photos to anyone who wanted them. If you would like to view, download or order any prints for yourself, please follow the link below.

Engagement Photos

A few site updates. At the bottom of the Travel Info page, you can now find a link to ‘Things to Do‘. This is just a list of stuff you might enjoy around the city of Cincinnati, if you find yourself with a free day or a couple of spare hours. The Directions page is coming together a little better, but I still have some work to do. Finally, we hope to be able to offer an RSVP system so that people can decide to RSVP via the website, but you will also have the option to reply by traditional means.

Also, I don’t think it’s been mentioned on the front page before, but for those of you that didn’t know my sister Kim is engaged as well! She and my brother to be Luke have a great website up at www.kimandluke.com. Be sure to check it out.

Wedding Party

Kate and I have asked a few of our closest friends to be attendants at our wedding and all of them have accepted! The Wedding Party page has been updated with a few details. You can get there by clicking on the navigation link at the top of the page, or for quick reference, click here.

A few other items of note. The "Information" links on the right side of the main page have been updated to include some additional information. Also, as Kate mentioned in her previous post, we have a reception location picked out. So we’ll be sure to put some information together regarding travel and hotel needs and post it on the site. Please feel free to comment on any honeymoon and registry suggestions for us as those are our next "big pieces" to figure out.

We are Live!

Our site is up and running. We wanted to have this up 1 year to our date and we did it. Right now there isn’t a whole lot here, but feel free to run wild and let me know what you think so far. There are quite a few small tweaks I’ll have to make, and since I’m heading down to The Galapagos for the next 2 weeks, not much will change. But please keep checking back every so often to see what’s new.

For now Kate and I have put together information in our About Us and Proposal section for your reading enjoyment. They may be rather lengthy, but we wanted to tell the story as if you were visiting us in person.
