Tim & Kate’s Wedding

Well with tomorrow being 5 months we’re well on our way and all the stuff left to do is the fun stuff like our food tasting, cake tasting, picking centerpieces, and finalizing honeymoon plans.

I’m finishing up my spring break in Ohio during the blizzard while Tim is working and gearing up for spring sports ( aka March madness and lots of Baseball).

On my spring break we’ve gotten a lot done. I had my first dress fitting, we went and picked out tuxes, we worked on details with the reception hall, centerpieces are being narrowed down, we picked out invitations, and looked at honeymoon options.

We’re trying to narrow down the honeymoon and are pretty sure that we’ll spend about 8-10 days in St. Lucia and split our visit between the North end and South end of the island.

We’ve also found an apartment that we really like and hopefully will be moving me into soon and getting things set up a bit before Tim moves in after the wedding.

We’ll have our engagement announcement in the paper soon and will send the picture to people who would like one after we meet with our photographer again at the end of March.

So time is flying and things are really coming together!

As of today Tim and I have been together for three years and have less than 6 months till the "day of days" ( as Tim calls it) and we’re well on our way.

It seems that a lot happens in spurts for us since our time together is kind of limited and my time in Ohio is even smaller. In March we’ll be cake tasting, invitation picking, tux shopping, and who knows what else!

Lately we’ve started wedding band shopping, apartment hunting, and are narrowing our honeymoon spot.

We’ll have some more information up soon concerning directions and things to do when in Cincinnati for all of you travelers.

We appreciate all the support from everyone and are excited to be past our half way point!

We tried to go through things and make sure everything is up to date. I know there are a few things that are being discontinued (they’re marked on the registry) and I am working on those. But besides that, everything is up and some stuff is on sale!
