Tim & Kate’s Wedding

The day is getting closer.  We are now under the 100 day countdown.  Kate and I were looking at our summer plans and realized we have very few free weekends until our wedding, which should make these last 3 months go by very quickly.  Kate has settled in nicely to our new place, and I am excited to get to move in with her.

My men’s tuxes have been decided, the invitations are beginning to be written, Kate’s first shower will take place soon, and flower arrangements are being made.  It’s all down to the small details now.  We still haven’t settled on our wedding bands yet, and plan to have that decision made by the end of the month.

Engagement Photos

A few site updates.  At the bottom of the Travel Info page, you can now find a link to ‘Things to Do‘.  This is just a list of stuff you might enjoy around the city of Cincinnati, if you find yourself with a free day or a couple of spare hours.  The Directions page is coming together a little better, but I still have some work to do.  Finally, we hope to be able to offer an RSVP system so that people can decide to RSVP via the website, but you will also have the option to reply by traditional means.

Also, I don’t think it’s been mentioned on the front page before, but for those of you that didn’t know my sister Kim is engaged as well!  She and my brother to be Luke have a great website up at www.kimandluke.com.  Be sure to check it out.

Here’s to an exciting final 3 months!

Invitations are printed and in! So now it’s off to work on those. Coming up I have a second dress fitting. We have just moved me into our new place and I’m looking forward to decorating and making it our home.

I’m trying to pick the music and get details together… any suggestions?

For as much as it seems that we have forever until the wedding… time is really flying by!

We have a honeymoon spot! We’re going to spend 10 days in St. Lucia. 6 nights on the South side at Stonefield and 3 nights at Sandals on the North side. The three weeks that I have off from school that will entail the pre-wedding, wedding, and post wedding festivities will be very busy so it’ll be nice to get this break and time together!

We went for our cake tasting, reception dinner tasting, and got our engagement pictures all on Friday! The cake was yummy! The dinner was very good! And, anyone who wants pictures from our engagement pictures let us know and we’ll print them out or send them to you digitally so you can print them or have them on your computer!
