How to get where and what there is to do when you get there. Airport: Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is the closest main airport for the greater Cincinnati area located about 40 minutes from our Reception Hotel. It is also a Delta hub. Dayton International Airport (DAY) is a much smaller airport located an hour north of Cincinnati. It might offer you a few more options as well as cheaper flights. Hotels: Crown Plaza Hotel - Cincinnati/Blue Ash If you want to lock in this rate, you need to reserve the room no later than 3 weeks (July 19) before the wedding. It would be best to reserve the room as soon as possible so that the hotel knows to block off more rooms if needed. Rooms have been blocked off Thursday through Saturday night. If you will need to stay Sunday night as well due to travel arrangements you will need to specify that in order to maintain the rate. Airport Executive offers a shuttle service to the hotel. Their rate is $28 one way, per person, or $46 for a round trip. Tip not included. Or if there are enough people who want to split the cost, they can send a private van that holds 7 people and luggage for $95 one way from the airport to the hotel. The Crown Plaza offers a complimentary shuttle service to locations in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. They will be able to transport people to and from the rehearsal dinner as well as the church from the Hotel. Please speak to someone at the front desk prior to needing transportation in order to make sure a seat and driver are available.
