Return to album listHouston Visit Kate had Martin Luther King day as one of her few holidays for school, so we decided to head down to Houston to see our good friends Jess and Bree. We visited a couple of local attractions during the 3 days we were there.
Saturday afternoon was a tour of Texas’ oldest Brewery just a little ways from where Jess and Bree live.
The tour wasn’t so much a “tour” as it was a quick information spiel followed up by plenty of taste testing.
8 oz tasting glasses were provided as part of the tour cost, or you could purchase your own larger glass.
The many varieties and awards.
All the beer was brewed right here in the warehouse.
Awesome.
Like I said. Not so much a tour. Really… it turned into a big party with random beer fans.
